The AIS Class B SOTDMA transceiver Easytrx3 includes an AIS station and 2 AIS receivers to be able to receive the sent AIS on the two frequencies permanently and in parallel.
A 72-channel GnSS/GPS receiver ensures the best possible receipt of the position information.
5 Watt transmission performance increase the transmitter range of your AIS position messages and thus also your visibility in your environment.
The EasyTrX3 is able to achieve higher transmission rates of your own position reports through the used SOTDMA time slot transmission process.
This is achieved by making the EasyTrX3 when transferring the AIS data a reservation for the same time slot in the next transmission.
By default, the EasyTrX3 has USB, NMEA2000, NMEA0183 and an internal FM antenna splinter. The integrated GPS recipient module is particularly interesting for owners of GRP and wooden hull boats, since it is no longer necessary to install an external GPS antenna on these types of boats.
On the internal memory, all AIS driving data, similar to a black box, can be saved for data backup.
With a USB connection to a PC/Mac, the memory can be read out or the relevant ship data with the enclosed software can be programmed into the EASYTRX3 without the EASYTRX3 having to be connected to its own power supply.
Thanks to the modular design, the EasyTrX3 also meets future requirements.
Depending on the customer's request, the device can be used with other modules such as B. WiFi, DVB-T2 or mobile radio can be equipped and expanded.
